Early in my Bachelor’s degree I took a class called pastoral counseling, and immediately knew I did not want to get into finance anymore, but I wanted to pursue counseling. I clearly felt God call me into a space of helping others in a holistic and whole living approach through counseling.

I have experienced my own growth and healing within a counseling space and desire to hold space for others to find freedom and health within their own life. I am encouraged by those who seek and desire wholeness and wellness for their life and need help and guidance and finding and understanding what that looks or feels like.

After working in the mainstream of the counseling community and working with other clinicians trying to find my fit, I knew a more holistic view was needed. The whole-person approach was illuminated for me after the Covid pandemic and how people were hurting in many areas of their lives and beings. I am thrilled to bring Haven Holistics to the community.

Credentials:
I have a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Business Administration and Biblical Studies from Arizona Christian University. My credentials include a Masters degree in Professional Counseling with Christian integration from Grand Canyon University. I am licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am trained certified in both EMDR and IFS.

Audra Garcia is a Board Certified Christian Mental Health Coach (BCCMHC) who specializes in authentic, honest, and practical support for those dealing with a range of mental health obstacles.
